my mentoring history

I started mentoring with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society in 2018 and rose to become an expert mentor for the RPS After which I set up  the Pharm-Assistant platform as my base. I have worked with a wide range of pharmacists and have honed my mentoring skills while helping many pharmacists achieve their goals. These goals included helping pharmacists in the community move into roles in general practice and find a new job, developing confidence within clinical practice and widening their scope of practice, and helping pharmacists ensure continuous compliance and clinical governance throughout their work.

I have worked in multiple sectors over a 12-year career. the bulk of my work has been carried out in primary care where I have been able to develop both clinical competence and confidence while feeling comfortable passing these skills on to others, so much so that I have been a speaker for many training companies including GP-CIST LTD, Health innovation Network and Morph Consultancy. Using the confidence gained, i have since set up my own mentorship programs .
